Our commitments

• Financial transparency. Annual reporting to donors; land and funds held in a properly governed nonprofit.
• Realism. Phased plans, published honestly, including what we don’t yet know.
• The long view. Every decision tested against one question: does this still serve the community’s grandchildren?
