Reserve a Lot
How reservations work
Before the land closes, we are offering founding families the chance to secure an option to purchase one of the ~18 family parcels. In plain terms:
- Apply. Tell us about your family, your parish life, and your intentions.
- Talk. A conversation (and, for serious candidates, a visit and a meeting with clergy) so both sides choose with eyes open.
- Reserve. Accepted families place a refundable reservation deposit of $[amount], which secures a numbered place in the parcel-selection order and locks the option to purchase at founding-family terms.
- Select and purchase. When the land closes and parcels are surveyed, families choose parcels in reservation order and proceed to purchase.
Deposits are held [in escrow / by the nonprofit] and are refundable until [milestone]. Reserving families receive the community’s detailed updates, participate in planning conversations, and are invited to on-site gatherings.
Founding-family pricing
Parcel pricing will be set to be meaningfully below comparable North Idaho acreage for founding families — the community’s goal is settled families, not land profit. Published pricing will appear here once the land is under contract.
Not ready to reserve?
Join the mailing list to follow the project, or come to a vision dinner at Holy Apostles in Sandpoint. Serious interest, honestly expressed, is welcome years before a deposit.
[BUILDER NOTE — do not publish without legal review: have an Idaho real-estate attorney review the reservation/option structure and this page’s exact wording before collecting any deposits.]
